Here is what we thought of Liesl & Po Some of the words we’d use to describe the book. We discussed the themes and they were: Death Epic journey Magic Love Liesl and Po were funny characters. It was a bit sad all the way through and scary when the house was set on fire by the alchemist. I wasn't sure how to pronounce Liesl.
