If I were The Guardian or The Observer, I would give it 10/10. When I first heard Hansel and Gretel (I think it was a German version), I thought “well that’s more exciting than most fairy tales”, but compared to “A Tale Dark and Grimm” it’s boring!*Next time if I see the name of the author on a book, I’m just going to read it.The End* the version was pretty exciting too.Reviewed by: Majabloody. gorry. awesome. disgusting. brilliant. gross. so good my eyes popped out.Reviewed by: MaddiCool, exciting and fabulicious. A bit scary because the guy with lips red as blood cooks Grettel’s body bits and eats them.Reviewed by: OliveI liked the way the story never ended. I also enjoyed the silly ravens. We found a mistake at the end of the first paragraph on page 72.Reviewed by LisaSpell-binding, gory, unpredictable, a few words to describe this brilliant book.Reviewed by: SparkyGory, ghastly, mean cruel, bloody, nail-biting, back-stabbing, evil, sad, intelligent, awesome. Not so sure what comes next. Enjoyable.Reviewed by TillyIf you would like to send us a review please email it to:Email: info@victoriaparkbooks.co.ukA Tale Dark and Grimmby Adam GidwitzCopyright Victoria Park Books Ltd. 2010 web design & hosting by: www.dgt.uk.net
